Troubleshooting

Google sign-in is limited to approved testers

Avail's Google OAuth consent screen is in Testing. Google only lets accounts that were added as test users finish Sign up with Google or Continue with Google. If Google says the app is not verified or the account is not on the tester list, use email and password instead, or ask an Avail operator to add your Google account as a tester.

Connecting Google Calendar later is a separate consent step from the calendar page. That also requires a tester account while the Google app stays in Testing.

Reconnect if access was revoked

If the agent can no longer call Avail (expired or revoked OAuth), add or reconnect the same MCP URL (https://avail-cal.com/mcp) in the client, sign in again, and choose Allow on /consent. Avail does not have a separate in-app screen for reconnecting an MCP client.

If Google Calendar access expired or was revoked, the calendar page shows that message and a Reconnect Google Calendar button. That restores calendar sync; it is not the same as MCP consent.

Signing out

Open /sign-out and confirm. When you are signed in, the header user menu also has Sign out. Signing out ends the Avail browser session on this device and sends you to sign-in. It does not by itself remove the connector from Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor — disconnect or delete the server there if you want the agent to stop using Avail.
